Return & Refund Policy

At QUEENSHAYLA’S LUXURIA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 2 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused and in its original condition
  • returned with original packaging
  • not damaged, worn, or altered in any way

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

  • the request is made more than 2 days after delivery
  • the item has been used, damaged, or is not in its original condition
  • the item is returned without original packaging

To request a return, please contact us first with your order number and reason for return before sending the item back.
